1. Submission Guidelines
Abstract: Authors must submit a 250-word abstract, in 12-point Times New Roman font. The abstract should include the title, 3-5 keywords, and a brief summary covering the objectives, research methodology, results, and conclusions.
Full papers can only be submitted after the acceptance of the abstract. Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
Formatting Style: Papers must follow APA 7th edition formatting for the entire document, including citations, tables, and references.
2. Formatting Guidelines
Length: 4,000 to 6,000 words, including the abstract, tables, references, and appendices.
Font & Spacing: Times New Roman, 1.5 line spacing, with the title of the paper in 16-point bold font, subheadings in 14-point bold font, and the main text in 12-point font.
Citation Style: APA 7th edition for in-text citations and references.
Template: Authors may format their papers manually; no mandatory template is provided.
3. Submission Requirements
File Format: Only DOCX submissions are accepted; PDF submissions will not be considered.
File Naming Format: Author Last Name_First Name.docx
Required Information at Submission: Title, Author(s) Name(s) and Affiliation(s), Abstract (max 250 words), and 5 Keywords.
Blind Review Preparation: The paper should not contain author names, affiliations, or acknowledgments to ensure a double-blind review process.
4. Submission Process
Submission Portal: All full papers must be submitted via the official journal submission portal. Email submissions will not be accepted.
Submission Deadline: as informed on the web page.
Acknowledgment: Authors will receive an acknowledgment email upon successful submission.
5. Peer Review Process & Resubmission Policy
The journal follows a double-blind review process, ensuring anonymity between authors and reviewers. Authors may be asked to make minor revisions and resubmit their papers after review.
6. Plagiarism & Ethical Guidelines
The journal has a strict anti-plagiarism policy. All submissions will be checked for originality. Papers containing plagiarized content, AI-generated text without disclosure, or unethical research practices will be immediately rejected. AI-generated content is prohibited unless explicitly disclosed by the authors.
7. Publication Requirement
At least one author must register for the journal’s publication process to finalize the paper for inclusion in the journal.
8. Evaluation Criteria & Best Paper Award
Papers will be evaluated based on originality, clarity of presentation, impact on the field, and relevance to the journal’s themes.
9. Copyright Policy
Once the article is accepted by the journal editorial board, the authors must transfer the copyright of the article to the journal editorial board. Authors retain the right to share their work for educational and non-commercial purposes with proper citation to the journal.
